TASKS

-Represent clients in court and in settlement conferences

- Draft legal pleadings

-Meet with clients

-Legal research

-Negotiate settlements

-Answer discovery requests

QUALIFICATIONS

-At least 5 years of solid and consistent experience in New Jersey divorce and family law. Please do not apply if you do not have the same

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

-Ability to build rapport with clients

-Excellent written and verbal communications skills

-Must be a member of the New Jersey Bar

-Excellent opportunity for someone who has their own practice and needs more work
