We are looking for an Information/Computer/Telecommunications Specialist - Principal with a Secret clearance or higher to join our growing team in Ft. Meade, MD! As an Information/Computer/Telecommunications Specialist - Principal you will: * Guide senior level personnel in planning and execution of Test and Evaluation (T&E) activities. * Perform technical T&E or T&E support assignments in the general areas of C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS. * Share in-depth knowledge of customary approaches, techniques, and requirements appropriate to the assigned C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS, including legacy systems and latest trends in related technologies. * Receive a robust benefits package that includes our Employee Stock Ownership Plan! A week in the life of an Information/Computer/Telecommunications Specialist - Principal: * Assist in executing contract Information Technology (IT) Test and Evaluation (T&E) Life Cycle Task Order (TO) events and activities. * Research technical IT/NSS systems and capability documents for testable requirements and develop test procedures that will correctly test for expected results. * Develop and coordinate IT/NSS T&E efforts that include planning and reporting documentation including correcting documentation that contain TL and Government AO recommendations and corrections. * Ensure that required AMERICAN SYSTEMS and JITC training requirements are completed in accordance with PMO guidance. * Manage and ensure the Team TO personnel processes adhere to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensure the program milestones are met. * As the team leader participate in T&E documentation adjudication meetings and working group sessions. * Provide input to the internal and external weekly and monthly task order activity reports (WARs & MARs). * Track assigned TO and deliverable and schedules. * As the team leader ensure that TO personnel rosters used for emergency notifications are updated with my status daily. * Track assigned TO and Government Customer IT logistics assets. * Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual IT asset logistics inspections get completed. * Provide leadership is less experienced team members. * Interface with Government Action Officers (AOs) and assist in conducting regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, technical deliverables, management. * Reporting issues and assist in identifying Courses of Action (COAs) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly.
