Criminal Defense Attorney

We are seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney with 3 to 5 years experience. Preliminary Hearing and trial experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies both in person and virtually
• Represent clients at DMV hearings
• Review voluminous discovery in preparation for trial
• Prepare and draft motions and other legal documents on behalf of clients

​​Qualifications:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of California
• 3-5 years minimum previous criminal law experience
• Familiarity with various legal motions
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
