Job Details

DIRECTOR OF NURSING - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY plus rotating call

Requirements

• BSN required, MSN preferred
• Behavioral Health experience is required
• Experience with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis is strongly preferred
• Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience including direct experience with psychiatric patients
• Previous leadership experience in a clinical supervisor, nurse manager or director role
• Must have an active Ohio RN license
• CPR and CPI certified or willing to obtain

Responsibilities

• Oversight of RNs, LPNs and PCAs (60+ FTEs)
• Staffing
• Hiring/Firing
• Budget
• Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulations
• Performance evaluations
