Job Details
DIRECTOR OF NURSING - BEHAVIORAL HEALTH
Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY plus rotating call
Requirements
- BSN required, MSN preferred
- Behavioral Health experience is required
- Experience with chemical dependency and dual diagnosis is strongly preferred
- Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience including direct experience with psychiatric patients
- Previous leadership experience in a clinical supervisor, nurse manager or director role
- Must have an active Ohio RN license
- CPR and CPI certified or willing to obtain
Responsibilities
- Oversight of RNs, LPNs and PCAs (60+ FTEs)
- Staffing
- Hiring/Firing
- Budget
- Ensuring adherence to policies, procedures and regulations
- Performance evaluations
