Details for Cook | Food Service positions:

• Temp-to-hire 
• Full-Time
• $14/hr
• 1st & 2nd shifts available, weekends off

Job duties and skills for Cook | Food Service positions:

• Prepare and serve meals according to federal, state and local standards
• Ensure proper food handling procedures are practiced
• Documentation of required food temperatures 
• Safe handling of kitchen equipment
• Oversee meal service
• Ensure food quality
• Provide assistance in all functions of food service as directed

Do you have the requirements for this position?

• Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment
• Knowledge of large quantity and batch cooking
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under stress
• General understanding of food preparation
• Ability to interpret recipes
• Understanding of kitchen tools and equipment
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must be able to be on feet for an extended period
