Production Operator - 3rd Shift

PRODUCTION OPERATORS- ENTRY LEVEL (3rd shift)

Accurate Energetic Systems, LLC, a leader in the manufacture of explosive products for commercial, military, and aerospace applications is hiring! Come join our growing team in middle TN. The candidate is expected to work in a fast paced manufacturing environment where safety is top priority over quality and manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have good mechanical aptitude with hands on experience, prosper in a hands-on manufacturing environment, and have a very broad skill set.

Candidates must be able to perform the following responsibilities:

• Process parts in accordance with Work Instructions & operating standards
• Ability to work any shift
• Use of hand and air tools
• Use of basic inspection equipment
• Strict adherence to safety directives

Minimum Qualifications include:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Lift up to 55lbs
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop kneel, crouch for 8+ hours*
• Able to reach overhead, climb stairs and ladders occasionally*
• Physically able to perform all required tasks*
• Willing to work overtime as necessary
• Pre-employment & random drug-screens

• Smoke free facility

*working conditions include some temperature changes with occasional exposure to weather conditions*

AES offers a comprehensive compensation and benefit package for full-time employees including:

• Beginning Wage is $18.25/hour; competitive skill level increases

• Shift Premium- $1.50/hour
• Hiring for 3rd shift (11pm to 7:30am)
