The Condo-World team is looking for the perfect addition to its award-winning maintenance staff! Condo-World is the foremost name in vacation rentals in the North Myrtle Beach area, with 500 oceanfront and ocean view condos under our rental management program. To keep our properties in pristine condition year round, we have a dedicated team of experts that coordinate and conduct routine and as needed maintenance & repair jobs each day. We are currently accepting applications for Maintenance Assistant/Technician.
Job duties included, but not limited to:
- Performing and assisting with basic maintenance and repair tasks at a rental property, such as:
- Miscellaneous pickup & delivery of household supplies and items
- Furniture delivery
- Appliance delivery
- Wifi and electronic troubleshooting
- Basic toilet and drain clearing
- Basic appliance troubleshooting and diagnostic
- Basic electrical troubleshooting and diagnostic
- Basic door hardware repair and installation
- Basic HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic
- Basic lock and key repair and installation
- Performing and assisting with in-office maintenance coordination tasks, such as:
- Handling inbound requests for maintenance services
- Scheduling maintenance and repair services with inhouse technicians and third-party vendors
- Entering, editing, and posting work orders using our computer program
- Communicating with guests and homeowners on the status of repairs and work in a property
- Reconciling invoices from maintenance technicians and vendors
- Ordering maintenance supplies and items
- Organizing maintenance department supply inventory
Schedule of Work:
- 40 hours a week
- typical daily hours 9am-5pm
- Must work Saturdays
Compensation:
- $15-$17 an hour based on experience
- Bi-weekly pay
