Job Description
We are looking for a Front Desk Specialist to serve as our members and guests' first point of contact. Front Desk Specialist responsibilities include greeting our members, guests and providing information about our facility. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the fitness industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable visit for our members and guests.
Responsibilities
- Perform check-in of current members
- Inform members about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details)
- Welcome guests and members upon their arrival
- Provide information about our facility
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Answer the phone in a professional manner and assist incoming callers
- Sell and collect money for dues, beverages and Redline gear
Skills
- Work experience as a Front Desk Specialist, Receptionist or similar role
- Experience with MindBody software, preferred, but not required, will train
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
