Group of Trial Attorney's seeking their next hire! We are a litigation firm that specializes in high stakes trials. We know how to examine key witnesses from surgeons to engineers, from oncologists to biomechanics, from regulators to economists, from former executives to sales representatives. We know that a successful trial is built on teamwork, innovation, and a compelling narrative. In short, we know how to win high-stakes trials.
Principal duties and responsibilities will include legal research and factual investigation; drafting legal memoranda and all varieties of pleadings and motions; coordinating with expert witnesses and consultants; drafting strategic offensive discovery and responses to defensive discovery; taking and assisting with the preparation for depositions; managing all phases of document review and production; and preparing for and trying cases.

Job Details
- 3-6+ years of litigation experience.
- Trial experience also a desired attribute.
- Strong research, writing, analytical and organization abilities.
- Ability to learn quickly, communicate well, show initiative, and thrive in a demanding environment.
- Prior coursework, training or work experience in consumer litigation, products liability or employment law fields is a plus.
