Apartment Cleaning Turns Coordinator

Job Summary

• Organizes schedule, performs cleaning duties, and reports status of apartment cleaning services to building maintenance and management.
• Performs routine manual tasks in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary conditions and appearance of apartments daily.
• Performs routine manual tasks in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitary conditions and appearance of building amenities if needed.

General Accountabilities

• Clean apartment bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, studios, laundry rooms, & hallways including inside and outside of appliances. Includes the following but is not limited to.
• Sweep and mop.
• Scrub floors with machine as needed.
• Operate a vacuum for carpeted areas.
• Squeegee clean windows.
• Clean blinds.
• Clean walls.
• Remove hard water and detail bathrooms.
• Clean concrete patio.
• Remove trash and small items left by tenants if needed.
• High dust vents, ceilings, baseboards, walls, mirrors, etc.
• Mix or blend routine cleaning solutions to proper concentrations as necessary for various tasks.
• Launder rags and mops as needed.
• Keep janitor cart clean and tidy.
• Dispose of trash on site.
• Report maintenance needs and damage.
• Assist other positions in public areas if time allows. Some of the same duties above and may also include laundering and folding towels.
• The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.
• Previous experience that is similar; janitor, housekeeper, cleaner, cleaning.

Job Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience.
• Language: Prefer Bilingual - English & Spanish writing and speaking
• Background: Crime free background
• Drug free, willing to commit to a drug screening.
