Associate Attorney

Law Offices of Dennis L. Webb, PA., Plaintiff's personal injury law firm seeks personal injury Associate Attorney.

Candidate must have previous work experience in a personal injury law firm, Pre-Litigation claims and litigation cases, or experience with insurance company highly desired. Strong work ethic and legal competency to aggressively fight for the needs of their clients.

Candidate must be aggressive, dedicated, and hard working.

Must be responsible, efficient, and organized. Potential candidates must have excellent written and verbal skills, as well as client service skills. Junior associate will be assisting senior attorney as well as building caseload. Must maintain client files in an organized manner and provide up-to-date information for attorneys and paralegals. Must have ability to perform legal research, handle EUO's, draft discovery, settlement demands and settlement statements.

Job duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Conduct meetings clients.

· Explain and execute attorney-client contracts.

· Provide clients with frequent case status updates.

· Handle client requests and demands.

· Communicate daily with insurance companies re: status of claims, demands and offers.

· Experience in knowing how to evaluate claims, etc.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Able to multi-task and ensure that deadlines are met.

Associate attorney will take depositions, attend and argue hearings, present at mediations, and participate in trials.
