We are looking for a person with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. Oversee general office operations, provide polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

To be successful as an Office Manager candidate should be professional, and attentive while also being accurate. They should always be prepared and responsive, willing to meet each challenge directly. Office Manager must be comfortable with computers, general office tasks, and excellent at both verbal and written communication.

• Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport
• Process Sales Orders
• Processing Checks
• Processing Returns
• Manage Office: office inventory, supplies, vendor relationships, new vendors,
• Light Accounting
• Light HR
• Executive Assistance: Manage Email, Support, mail process
• Light Digital Marketing

• Experience with administrative and clerical work
• Proficiency in google workspace
• Strong communication skills
