Welcome Center Attendant (FT)- Country Club Palm Springs Area

What you'll do:

The Welcome Center Attendantposition may include greeting all visitors, vendors, guests as they approach entry through the main gates of the country club. Answering questions, enforcing entry rules and logging vehicle license plates.

Your job will include:

• Monitor the main gate entry to the property. Welcome guests, residents, vendors, log license plates upon entry.
• Monitor all incoming guests through the entry and validate if access is acceptable.
• Log any pertinent information to pass onto coworkers and management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills & experience you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading, writing and math skillsand the ability to use computer applications.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to assess a situation, use quick and reasonable judgment and resolve problems diplomatically.
• Exceptional customer service and communications skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Experience working in security and/or law enforcement, and/or working in an RV/ MH environment, is a benefit.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
• Ability to working weekends and holidays on a regular basis.
