Dispatcher

1. Must be 21 years and older.

2. Must be comfortable with using computers

3. Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.

4. Must pass a mandatory criminal background check.

5. Must understand instructions in English (both written and spoken).

DUTIES AND RRESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assigning trips to the appropriate drivers.

2. Making sure all trips are in the correct status at the end of the day.

3. Effectively communicates with drivers regarding schedule progress.

4. Maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients, visitors and co‐workers.

5. Assist clients and patients as needed to safely complete the transfer.

6. Must be able to accurately complete activity logs vehicle reports.
