Employers in Texas have a minimum wage of $7.25 per hour + tip, but we start team members out at up to $11 an hour and leads at up to $14 an hour and are also willing to negotiate based on experience. Also, right after probation passes after 3 months your pay rate will go up depending on performance. We give raises and promotions for great work, good communication, and going the extra mile.
