Job Overview: Here at Stateside Tap + Tavern, we are seeking an experienced bartender with a flexible schedule to join our team. Strong cocktail knowledge, excellent communication skills and anticipating the needs of the guest is a must. Responsibilities: - Greet customers and take orders in a fast-paced environment. - Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wine, and beer. - Change kegs - Manage cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently. - Operate the POS system. - Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns in a friendly and professional manner. - Maintain a clean and organized work area. - Assist with onsite private events. - Demonstrate strong time management skills to ensure prompt service and efficient operations. - Collaborate with all staff to ensure orders are delivered promptly and accurately. - Provide help to colleagues as needed to maintain a smooth and efficient service. Experience: - At least 5 years bar experience and hospitality. - Experience with POS systems. - Strong time management skills to ensure efficient service and operations. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
