Accounts Payable and Receivable

Our company is currently seeking ​an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable clerk to join our team! You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. 

Responsibilities:

• Enter all Accounts Payable invoices 
• Keep all vendor records up to date
• Make sure W-9's are received and input for each new vendor
• Receive all customer payments into QuickBooks
• Pay for parts with credit card, as needed
• Perform data entry and administrative duties 
• Filing A/P and A/R records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• 3+ years experience with QuickBooks
