Hospitality Renovation Superintendent

We are seeking a Hospitality Renovation Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, and implementation. We are a small hotel/timeshare renovation company looking to expand our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Hotel/Timeshare Renovation or other related fields. Apartment construction/renovation also acceptable experience.
• Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with construction management software (Procore)
• Strong leadership/Team dynamic qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
