Position Description

As a Superintendent I you will work closely with and supervise subcontractors and team members to successful outcomes. You are a key factor in ensuring the quality of our work product and the future of our workforce.

Job Knowledge - "Understands and has experience with the work performed."
•Develop full understanding of project plans and specs.
•Develop sign offs on initial project schedule prior to construction.
•Identify and develop Project Checklists to be used during the project for approval by Project Lead.
•Conduct pre-installation meetings with subcontractors for activities established at Project Kick-off Meeting.
•Implements logistical plan for the project requirements.
•Assists in solving constructability issues and document resolution.
•Reviews all approved submittals and shop drawings and insures subcontractors install work in accordance with these documents.
•Prepare HGC Punch Lists for subcontractors and assists with Owner Punch Lists as required.
•Coordinate in-coming materials and drop points with delivery personnel.

Position Requirements

•B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
•and 5 years' experience
•Or, no degree and 11 years management experience in construction
•OSHA 30
•Ability to work according to the Blueprint for our Culture
•Completion of FAST Training - Level 3 within 30 days of hire
