Warehouse Coordinator

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of the company’s warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position that requires the candidate to both lead AND execute.

General Responsibilities:

· Ensure blank goods have been checked in properly.

· Ensure online store orders are fulfilled accurately and timely.

· Review Orders and make sure all artwork is sized & prepared adequately

· Communicate with sales team on any changes or delays in jobs

· Ensure decorated goods meet quality requirements when received

· Manage delivery schedule via coordinating the warehouse driver’s delivery route.

· Supervise proper packaging of goods for Delivery to Client (Out of Box Experience)

· Communicate to Salesperson when job is ready for Delivery or Shipment

· Daily review of Production Reports to ensure no jobs are delayed

· Keep warehouse stocked with all pertinent shipping materials.

· Perform in-house production directly or delegate to appropriate staff.

· Daily upkeep of the production area

· Develop, Maintain and Update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

· Ensure blank goods are properly marked & stored

· Ensure proper digital organization of embroidery files & physical step sheets

Qualifications:

· Fluent in English and Spanish

· Prior production experience (min 4 years) preferably in apparel decoration (Embroidery & Screen Printing).

· Excellent communication skills with a passion for learning.

· Solid time management and self-motivation skills.

· Good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Must be able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

· Valid driver’s license with proof of automobile insurance.
