Part-time nanny for 1-year old boy with work-from-home mom

We are looking for an experienced and reliable part-time nanny to help care for our 12-month old boy on weekdays during the morning and afternoon hours. Mom works from home so she will be in the house, as well as a friendly labrador retriever. We also have a 3-year old daughter who goes to daycare full-time, but will be at home occasionally (holidays, sick days, etc.). Our main focus is care for our 12-month old, but we'd love if our nanny is open to caring for both children for a few hours in the evenings or weekends once a month so we can recharge (this is a bonus, not a deal breaker!).
