Counter Person, Barista, Ice Cream Scooper- Part Time

Cowpens Coffee & Creamery is looking to grow our team! We are looking for candidates that exhibit superior customer service skills, maintain a positive attitude and are willing to learn!

Job description include but not limited to; greeting and assisting walk-in customers at our ice cream and coffee bar service counter, Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive attitude, Love working with a team and be willing to learn and collaborate.

Responsibilities include but not limited to; answering questions, recommending purchases, fulfilling orders, charging customers for their purchases, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Other duties include answering phones, preparing products, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean environment. These duties are physical in nature and you must be able to stand for longs periods of time, bend, and lift at least 40 pounds.

Experience with customer service, point of sale system and cash register is beneficial but not required. Candidate must be able to follow written and verbal instructions, have a positive attitude, be a self-starter, able to cope with challenging customers in a calm and polite demeanor and have basic math skills.

Looking for candidates with reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Must be at least 16 years of age.
