EverLine is currently seeking a Pavement Maintenance Technician (PMT) to join our team. As a PMT, you will be responsible for performing various tasks such as crack-filling, sealcoating, line striping, and filling potholes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crackfilling and sealcoating, power washing, epoxy flooring and more
Perform regular maintenance on machines.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Drive and back up Truck with trailer on a hitch
Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager
Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Have a valid Arizona Drivers License and a reliable mode of transportation
Able to work during the Arizona heat.
Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
Familiar with small engines (like lawnmowers or paint sprayers)
Work well within a team
Able to back up trailers into tight spaces
Have a flexible schedule to work around clients' parking lot needs. (Potentially nights and/or weekends)
Self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
Punctual, organized, and have high attention to detail
Ability to work well independently and unsupervised
Results motivated
