JINYA Ramen Bar - Studio City is looking for friendly, energetic Line Cooks to join our team. At Robata JINYA, our Line Cook team members are the heart of JINYA brand. Line Cooks support our Kitchen Managers and play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction through perfect ramen and plate execution.

Hourly Rate: $16.04 - 17.50 Plus TIPS!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Scratch kitchen knife skills

• Prepares food items according to the recipe or instructions provided.

• Complies with our exceptional standard for food handling and sanitation procedures.

• Handles, stores, and rotates all food and products properly.

• Maintains a clean and sanitary workstation.

Qualifications:

• Kitchen experience required
• A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
• Focus on quality and takes pride in work
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
• Experience with Japanese cuisine preferred
