Assistant Manager

Must be 21 + to apply & open availablity Assistant Manager starting is between $16-$18 an hour & get cash tips daily. Must be dependable, dedicated, and have the ability to perform in a fast paced environment. New hires will be trained in all positions (order taking, grilling, prep work, sandwich artist, cleaning and sanitizing. Assistant Manager will need to be able to do the following: Provide an excellent customer service experience. Multitask at a fast pace. Demonstrate proper food safety procedures. Work within a positive team environment. Maintain a neat and well groomed appearance Tubby's is located inside B.P Gas station you will be joining our restauramt team. You'll be part of a community that thrives on service, to each other, customers & the community. We are hiring immediately. As the Assistant Manager, you'll have a lot of face time with guests and employees. You'll act as quality control, ensuring customer satisfaction by properly training employees and adhering to company policies. You'll oversee service, take the lead resolving issues, and cover when the Manager is off duty or working on other projects.
