We are seeking a friendly, outgoing and customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Server. The successful candidate will have a passion for providing excellent service to guests and will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that customers have an enjoyable dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at tables
Take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely and efficient manner
Check on guests periodically to ensure they are satisfied with their meals
Handle cash, credit card and other forms of payment
Clear and reset tables in a timely manner
Assists with setup and breakdown of dining room
Maintain a clean and organized dining area
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to lift 25 pounds over head
Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
Good Qualities
Ability to speak in front of large crowds
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced envrionment
Take construstive critism well
Keep calm composure under stress
