Welder/Machine Operator (3885) - Full-time

We are currently looking to hire Welders / Machine Operators at our location in Barberton, OH!

Hours:

• 2nd Shift - 3 pm to 11 pm

Pay: $18 - 19 /hr

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints/sketches and prepare material accordingly
• Adjust weld parameters and machine settings to ensure weld(s) conform with all specifications
• Inspect weld(s) for any non-conformance, or missing welds, and repair or rework as necessary, also alerting other employees if necessary
• Perform daily machine maintenance
• Inspect pipe for any quality issues and that end prep is correct
• Strong math skills are frequently used

Qualifications:

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 2-3 years of welding experience is required, with skill levels to obtain a 2G.
• Basic computer skills are required.
