Butter Me Up Barista

Baristas are the face of Butter Me Up. They are an important part of our customers’ days, and experts in handcrafting delicious, perfect beverages. Baristas personally connect and create moments that make a difference and work together to create a welcoming store environment. They bring our mission and values to life for our customers and each other.

Essential Job Functions:

•	Respond and anticipates guest needs.
•	Graciously greets and thanks each customer.
•	Follows Butter Me Up operational procedures and policies including but not limited to:
o	Cash Handling
o	Safety & Security
o	Good Personal Hygiene
o	Teamwork and support
•	Maintain clean and organized workspace throughout the operation.
•	Provide quality food and beverage to guest by adhering to all recipes and standards.
•	Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all aspects of food, beverages and restaurant operations.
•	Cleans, stocks inventory, and takes pride in store appearance.
•	Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
•	Maintains uniform and grooming standards for Butter Me Up.
•	Takes responsibility for all barista job functions.

•	Previous experience within a customer-facing environment 
•	Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills 
•	Experience in a food and beverage focused environment 
•	Certified in Food Safety
