High school diploma required.

Required Education — 2 Year degree from an accredited school

Required Certifications — Associates in Radiological Technology

Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding HIPAA laws

Effective oral and written communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient computer skills — including both hardware management and software familiarity; including Microsoft Office — Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen along with pre-employment extensive background screening.

Must have a valid driver’s license to meet minimum qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

The basic functions of the role consist of the following:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Assisting with medical injuries and assisting medical providers with the care of patients
  • Have analytical and medical decision-making skills
  • Maintain supply and inventory
  • Occupational Health program responsibilities
  • Perform the following tests: Vision Testing, Fit Tests, Pulmonary Function Tests, and perform Drug and Alcohol testing, Audiograms, Phlebotomy, and Vital Signs
  • Administer Onsite support with ECG testing and Audio Testing
  • Write preliminary reports and maintain patient charts
  • Maintain patient confidentiality
  • Cross-train in a medical environment
  • Administrative tasks and duties include filing, data entry, faxing, scanning, and faxing
  • Must be able to complete an on call-shift and rotating schedule

Physical Requirements:

Position requires physical activities but is not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, finger use, grasping, hearing, and seeing.

Must be able to exert up to fifty (50) pounds, in the amount of force needed to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 50 pounds.

Ability to stoop, bend, and climb stairs and ladders as required to perform assigned job functions.

Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time.

Manual dexterity in operating computers and other office equipment.
