Qualifications and Skills
- Strong Drivability Diagnostic skills - Able to troubleshoot and diagnose automotive issues on a variety of makes and models of Domestic and European cars
- Accurately Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc.
- Conduct multi-point inspections to make appropriate recommendations to ensure safety and reliability of Customer vehicles.
- Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with dealership and factory standards and document all work performed.
- Recommend services that are necessary to keep the customer’s vehicle in running condition; properly documenting all repair recommendations on work orders.
- Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to diagnostic problems.
- Communication - Bring comments and concerns to Shop Manager and Management to find solutions.
- Team player- Able to work well with others while working independently as needed.
- Valid Driver’s License
- 3+ years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving, and repair experience
- Customer-focused attitude
- High motivation and energy!

- Attention to detail!
- Ability to follow instructions and processes to ensure safety and quality
- ASE certifications a plus
