Patient Service Representative

** Multiple Positions Available, Full and Part-Time Available **

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Greet patients and direct them through the registration process • Collect and process payments and Co-pays • Assist patients with insurance documentation and billing questions • Answer phone calls Complete Check-in./out functions • Confirms and updates patient identification and demographic/insurance information • Perform end of day cash drawer closing • Provide excellent customer service. Our Ideal candidate will have: : High School Diploma/GED required, College degree preferred • 1 to 2 years of customer service experience required• Previous experience in a healthcare setting Preferred . Working knowledge of medical terminology. Effective communication and interaction with employers, patients, providers, managers and other colleagues • A flexible schedule as most of our clinics are open Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm and Saturdays 7:30AM to 1PM • Benefits offered, Medical , Vision and Dental 401K plan and Profit Sharing.
