Hiring Happy Team Members for Smoothie Bar

We are a little smoothie bar located in the middle of the Opry Mills food court and looking for the right people to join our team.  We offer a great work environment (it’s a grown-up lemonade stand) competitive pay and the opportunity for advancement. 

Requirements:

·  Must be at least 17 years of age

·  Must have reliable transportation/non-negotiable 

·  Must be able to work variable shifts (this is retail)

·  Must be able to stand, bend, reach scoop and regularly lift 30 to 40 lbs. throughout assigned shift

·  Must not be addicted to your phone  

·  Must like to talk with people and be generally friendly and easy to get along with
