Licensed Customer Service & Sales Representative

We are seeking a Property & Casualty Licensed Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. you will be responsible for helping customers by providing policy information, agency support, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Make outbound calls to current clients and new prospects
• troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Qualifications:

• Property and Casualty License
• previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
