Manage all Support Staff for assigned locations Retail
Manage Price quotes on all product sales
Hold weekly Sales Meetings with Crop Advisors & Support Staff
Manage monthly forecasts on all Product Purchases & Logistics
Manage physical facilities and warehousing
Manage P & L for assigned locations
Oversee product manufacturing and blending on fertilizer facilities
Oversee Product Reconciliation Inventories monthly
Implement Policy, Processes & Procedures provided from Departments of Safety, Regulatory & others.
Implement SOP’s for Standardization of Operations & Quality Control
Oversee scheduled maintenance & repair on all equipment & physical facilities
Hire and Train Employees
Plan and organize Crop Advisor Training through off-season months
Risk Management Program (RMP)
