In Home Sales - Design Consultant

We are experiencing tremendous growth in the Wilmington and the surrounding Cape Fear region with the launch of the new Eastern North Carolina/Cape Fear Region Franchise location and territory. The territory covers from the Southern border of NC, north to the New Bern area, and west to Fayetteville/Pinehurst and Jacksonville NC.

We are looking to hire 3 more members for the sales team for this uncapped, commission only, sales position.

Our Design Consultants have an enormous passion for what they do. They create. They design. They turn the chaos of a client’s home into an organized work of art. They take the time to create a solution that fits the organizational, aesthetic and budgetary needs of each client with a one-on-one consultation set by our customer service team.

Each Design Consultant is expected to take 12-15 appointments per month in their assigned territory. We offer a comprehensive paid training program and the best technical support in the industry. We also provide ongoing training to keep you up to date with the latest in design innovation and advances in the industry. An average Design Consultant should expect to earn $40,000-$100,000 per year.

As a Sales Designer, we will train you how to implement our selling system that is a proven success. You will become skilled in the art of organization and understand our products. Together with your skills, energy and ability to learn, you will help solve our clients’ organizational needs.
