Housecleaning Trainer

We are seeking a Housecleaning Trainer to join our team! You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.

Responsibilities:

• Clean residential homes, businesses, or office locations
• Demonstrate step by step all cleaning solutions and equipment
• Train new employees to our cleaning standards
• Inspect work of new employees in the field
• Report daily to staff manager on trainees progress

​Qualifications:

• Previous training experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Positive and empathetic mannerism toward people
• Overall people person and team player
