Duties:
- Verify approval on all invoices and check requests
- Coding or verifying the G/L account code of invoices for accuracy
- Verify use of correct vendor, invoice number, invoice date, workflow/expense type, and amount
- Able to prepare and process checks for multiple companies
- Able to process 400-500 invoices weekly
- Audit and verify expense reports
- Reconciles vendor statements/accounts ensuring they are zeroing out every month
- Ability to process and follow-up on rush items
- Perform special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3 years or more of related experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
