DATA ENTRY CLERK / GENERAL CLERK (FULL TIME)

We are seeking to add a DATA ENTRY CLERK / GENERAL CLERK AND RECEPTIONIST BACKUP to our team! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping. (GET PAID WEEKLY!)

Responsibilities:

• Enter variety of data using current technology
• Prepare and sort documents for data entry
• Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
• Review and enter data updates in the systems
• Review discrepancies in data received
• Advise supervisor of issues related to data
• Ability to answer and forward calls to appropriate staff members
• Distribute Supplies to Stores on a weekly basis (This requires only a few hours a week working in a high temperature environment room during summer months.)

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in data entry or 10-key skills or other related fields
• Excellent typing skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Pleasant Phone skills
• Be willing to work overtime when called upon
