Real Estate Sales Broker

WOODHAVEN ASSOCIATION is accepting applications for a flexible year round Real Estate Sales Broker in the Woodhaven Lakes Realty Office. This position, assists clients in buying and selling property. Responsibilities include assisting buyers and sellers on all aspects of buying and selling real estate; including showing property to clients, assisting clients on listing and offer prices, drawing up real estate contracts, ordering closing work, accompanying clients on final walk-through and attending closings. Looking for a current real estate license holder but will consider someone willing and able to be enrolled in a current real estate licensing program. Customer service and computer skills required. Qualifications include effective verbal and written communication skills, organization and ability to prioritize efficiently.
