Floor experience is a PLUS. Cleaning of common areas, stairwells, elevators, trash and compactor rooms. Qualified person should be able to lift heavy objects and have the ability to be on your feet all day and climb ladders. Must be able to shovel snow in inclement weather. Must be able to follow directions and work alone or in teams. Must become member of Local 32BJ SEIU
