Lead Preschool Teacher

Job Summary: We are seeking a Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team at our preschool and daycare center. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our preschool children while promoting their physical, emotional, and intellectual development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that meets the needs of all children

• Plan and conduct classroom activities that promote social, emotional, and intellectual growth

• Prepare and maintain a safe and hygienic classroom environment

• Conduct regular assessments and progress reports on each child's development

• Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and needs

• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a positive and engaging learning experience for all children

• Attend and participate in staff meetings and training sessions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of attendance, progress, and other required documents

• Ensure compliance with state licensing and accreditation standards

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a lead preschool teacher • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for working with young children • Ability to create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum • Knowledge of state licensing and accreditation standards • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
