As a HR & Financial Solutions Process Lead, a typical day toinclude the following:

  • Provide information and/or act as primary escalation point for overall service delivery
  • Support effective cost management practices; suggest operational improvements
  • Provide case management oversight and adherence to turn-around times
  • Responsible for completing SOC Audits, BCP, change management and creation and other process improvements
  • Supports capacity management and escalates resource issues/constraints
  • Manage process documentation in support of SLAs and Operational Health
  • Ensure Point of View (POV) and related changes are adopted and implemented consistently
  • Supports the Client Service Manager (CSM) in consultative best practice conversations with the client(s)
  • Ensure process documentation is current, accurate and fully supports achievement of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Operational Health
  • Create, manage and execute on required recovery plans and Root Cause Analysis documentation, as necessary.
  • Ensure processing checklist/SOP is followed, as appropriate
  • Ensure appropriate domain participation in Change Request requirements sessions, resource estimation exercises, and internally-initiated projects
  • Provide input into contingency plan for Operations team attrition and ensure appropriate back up/coverage in place

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a Business, Human Resources or Workforce Administration environment.
  • Excels at problem identification and resolution using established practices
  • Knowledge and/or experience with a case management system.
  • Advanced domain-specific knowledge and expertise including best practices and delivery model.
  • Strong understanding and experience in executing on project methodology.
  • Ability to refine processing procedures based on "big picture" understanding.
  • Skilled at delivering presentations to large groups, management, technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced understanding of client requirements and provides advice through consulting.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines identifying and closing gaps in processes and procedures within and across domains.
  • Adheres to internal and external audit requirements for specific clients.
  • Experience working with Microsoft office Suite.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to use requirements gathering tools.

Role-specific Technical Skills and Knowledge

  • Experience with Oracle Compensation
  • Experience with HR and Compensation Data
  • Experience with Team Management
  • Test Planning and Execution Experience
  • Client Relationship Governance Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $50,000.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $80,000.00/year (for full-time employees).
