Job Description

The Quotation/Counts Specialist will utilize a software program to analyze plans and count specific fixtures for quotes.

Job duties:

Receiving and organizing plans sets, counting specific fixtures, and creating reports of those counts.
Ability to communicate effectively with management and internal employees through multiple means.
Must feel comfortable working in a dynamic, team-based environment where priorities and duties are continually changing.

Qualifications:

Experience using computers and the internet is necessary.
Experience working with plans, blueprints, quotes, estimations, and/or lighting/plumbing/construction planning documents is preferred, but not required. Training in the software program will be provided.
Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
