Job DescriptionCompany Description
A STNA on our team must exhibit extreme compassion, treat residents like family, and be reliable.
Providing help to residents with daily hygiene activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Helping residents with positioning, turning, etc.
Lifting and/or transporting residents
Completing rounds - assisting residents with questions or needs.
Ensuring a clean and orderly environment
Following appropriate documentation procedures.
Maintaining a positive working environment.
Promoting independence and socialization
Cooking meals, providing snacks and drinks when needed.
Answering alert buttons immediately
