Full Time Caregiver/Direct Support Professional

We seek an organized, detail-oriented and positive leader who is comfortable working in an ever changing, fast-paced startup-like environment. Must be able to oversee multiple roles and be adaptable to new ideas and changes.

Position Overview: The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will work as part a team to serve individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Springfield area. At Rise & Shine, DSPs support clients with living meaningful and rewarding lives. This includes assisting with daily living activities, administering medication and advocacy.

FLSA Status: Non-exempt, hourly

Reports to: Program Manager
