In our kitchen, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. We serve chicken that is whole breast meat with no added fillers or hormones, and we filet and bread it in restaurant. Each morning we prepare tender buttermilk biscuits by hand and chop fresh fruit and vegetables for our signature sandwiches and cold menu items, which are prepped throughout the day.

What Is Your Role as a Back of House Team Member?

We set high expectations for our team to always put people first and work with a sense of urgency prepping, cooking, preparing and presenting great food while being detail-minded about safety and cleanliness.

Physical Ability

Able to climb and descend ladders
Able to access and move quickly around all areas of the building
Able to lift 40 lbs.
Able to continually move around all areas of the restaurant
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to handle all products sold by Chick-fil-A

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 16 years of age
Saturday Availability

While we like to have fun, it is highly demanding and stressful at times. You may be required to overcome challenging situations and solve problems quickly. Required qualifications:

• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Dress code requirements: No visible facial piercings
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• 6+ months of experience in the hospitality industry
• 6+ months of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Available to work: weekends
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
