What Is Your Role as a Front of House Team Member?

Overall, our team members provide a REMARKable dining experience by serving guests wholeheartedly. Whether serving behind the front counter, in dining, at curbside or drive-thru, Front of House Team Members specifically interact with and delight our guests with genuine hospitality, fast and accurate service in a clean and safe environment. 

Our Front of House also cross-train Back of House to serve in food prep when business needs call for it.

Physical Ability

Able to climb and descend ladders
Able to access and move quickly around all areas of the building
Able to lift 40 lbs.
Able to continually move around all areas of the restaurant
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to handle all products sold by Chick-fil-A

Minimum Requirements
Must be at least 16 years of age
Must have Saturday Availability

Required qualifications:

• 6+ months of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• Restaurant front of house skills: serving in fast casual
• Dress code requirements: No visible facial piercings
• 6+ months of experience in the hospitality industry
• Available to work: weekends
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Able to stand for duration of shift
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Food Service license/certification: Food Handler's License
• Restaurant back of house skills: safe food handling
• Able to comfortably lift 50 lbs
