Host - Now Hiring

The friendly, welcoming first impression of the Mad Cow/Blvck experience who greet guests and direct them to wherever they will enjoy their experience. 

Tasks include, but are not limited to:
•	Greet guests as soon as they enter the facility.
•	Correspondence with guests via phone, text, and or email. 
•	Answer phones and direct calls accordingly to office team and management.
•	Forward emails on to appropriate parties
•	Accept UPS and FedEx deliveries
•	Connect team members with guests who are meeting them for appointments with an offer of a seat and a glass of water.
•	Assist with managing guest reservations through the RESY platform. 
•	Assisting with the distribution and the upkeep of menus, signage, high chairs, and boosters seats. 
•	Managing all carryout orders assigned in this particular area. 
•	Assisting FOH waitstaff as needed through the direction go the management team. 
•	Maintaining a neat and tidy host stand/front door area. 

Required qualifications:

• 1+ year of experience in the food & restaurant industry
• 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Math skills: counting cash drawer
• Speaks English
