Arena District Athletic Club Front Desk Attendant

The Arena District Athletic Club has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Attendant. The ideal candidate for this position will have flexible availability on the weekends as this is primarily a weekend position working Friday, Saturday and sometimes Sunday. Excellent customer service skills are mandatory and applicants must be confident engaging customers both in person and via the telephone. Previous customer service experience is a plus as well as having general knowledge of physical fitness. Potential Front Desk Attendants must have some computer knowledge using Windows based software. Previous cash handling experience is preferred. 

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 
•Execution of the shift checklists in an efficient and timely manner.
•Serve as a primary point of contact for members to provide services such as check-in, selling memberships or any other task requested by  members.
•Display high level competency in the property management systems.
•Interact with members in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
•Follow the proper work environment procedures.
•Provide professional and thorough communication (via email, property management system or verbal) to ensure member satisfaction.
•Maintain the cleanliness of the club including the lobby, locker room and main floor.
•Answer all phones in a professional and courteous manner.
•Other duties as assigned.
