Arena District Athletic Club Lead Front Desk Attendant - Full-time / Part-time

The Arena District Athletic Club has an immediate opening for a Lead Front Desk Attendant. The ideal candidate for this position will have flexible availability (to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays). Excellent customer service skills are mandatory and applicants must be confident engaging customers both in person and via the telephone. Previous customer service experience is a plus as well as having general knowledge of physical fitness. Potential Lead Front Desk Attendants must have some computer knowledge using Windows based software. Previous cash handling experience is preferred. 


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Execute of the shift checklists in a  timely and efficient manner.
Serve as a primary point of contact for members to provide services such as check-in, selling memberships or any other task requested  by members.
Display high level competency in the property management systems.
Interact with members in a manner that is professional, ethical, and customer service driven.
Follow the proper work environment procedures.
Provide professional and thorough communication (via email, phone, property management system etc.) to ensure member satisfaction.
Maintain the cleanliness and stock levels of the club including the lobby, locker room and main floor etc..
Conduct Club opening and closing duties as needed.
Conduct point of sales transactions.
Provide tours to prospective members.
Demonstrate proper use of equipment to members and other general duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
